Job Summary

To provide efficient and professional support services in execution of learning initiatives, administration and operations of the Company’s Talent & Learning function. The incumbent should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive and professional in working with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Job Description

Assist with Learning Programmes: 

- Organise sessions, workshops or webinars. This includes preparing materials, designing publicity collaterals e.g. EDMs, posters, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.

Data Analysis:

- Analyse learning effectiveness data, participant feedback, and learning outcomes. This helps evaluate the impact of learning and development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Support Employee Onboarding: 

- Assist in onboarding new hires by providing information, conducting orientation sessions, and helping them acclimate to company culture.

Research and Trends: 

- Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to learning and development sharing of insights with the team.

Work on Ad-hoc projects, events, and initiatives

- Update of Talent & Learning Intranet Page 

- Support the planning and execution of Global Connect & Learn Festival, Global Manager Development Program etc.

Other administrative tasks 

 

Learning outcomes:

- Exposure to end-to-end learning needs 

- Gain skills in maintaining and updating SharePoint site.

- Gain skills on project and event management

- Enhance graphic design skills and ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.

- Learn to create engaging marketing content, focusing on strategies to increase user engagement and utilisation of learning resources.

- Develop skills in data analysis and reporting.

Key Qualification

  • Diploma in Business/HR/Analytics with a keen interest to join one of the HR centre of excellence.
  • Experience with event management and project management
  • Strong planning, organisational and administration skills
  • Data analytics skills
  • Multimedia design skills will be preferred
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
