Job Summary

Our Management Associate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of highly capable graduates, through well-rounded functional exposure, structured rotations, comprehensive training, and dedicated mentorship—preparing you for future leadership roles within Frasers Property. 

 

Our programme aims to provide hands-on experience across diverse sub-functions, encourage fresh perspectives, and involve you in impactful projects beyond business-as-usual. It will build deep functional capabilities, broad enterprise understanding, and develop agile delivery skills. Job Description

You will be on a 24-month rotational plan that exposes you to different aspects of our Investment Relation business line. Spending six months in each rotation, you will get an opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:

 

Foundational Capabilities: Communications & Compliance (Year 1)
In this period, you will focus on establishing core knowledge, regulatory compliance, and external relations:

  • Strategic Communication & Investment Narrative:
    • Support the strategic management of communication with investors and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall communication strategy.
    • Contribute to the conceptualization and development of clear, compelling investment narrative for corporate materials.
  • Regulatory Reporting & Financial Fluency:
    • Assist in the conceptualization and production of accurate IR decks and regulatory reporting materials (e.g., announcements, presentations).
    • Develop a strong fluency in core financial concepts and an understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, including sustainability reporting standards.
    • Develop a sound understanding of compliance requirements, standards, and imminent/emerging issues in  the built environment.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain effective media relationships with local and global media partners.
    • Attain good understand of how the buy-side and sell-side operates 
    • Gain a foundational understanding of the company's business and corporate strategy.
    • Developing a working knowledge of leveraging social media in IR strategy

 

Advanced Capabilities: Strategy, Market Analysis & Message Delivery (Year 2)
This period focuses on developing high-level strategic planning, competitive analysis, and executing critical investor engagement activities:

  • IR Communication Planning:
    • Assist in the development of an end-to-end Investor Relations communication plan, including conceptualization, execution framework, and key performance indicators.
    • Create and present investment messages tailored to diverse and sophisticated audiences, including analysts, the investment community, and media.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis:
    • Perform detailed competitive analysis and benchmarking, including the comparison of financial metrics and market positioning against peers.
    • Analyse and communicate on imminent and emerging market issues, trends, and risk factors impacting the real estate and REIT industries.
    • Gain a deeper understanding of the know-how and nuances of the global REIT industry and various asset classes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Crisis Management:
    • Collaborate effectively with different business units and asset classes to support a unified, aligned corporate narrative.
    • Develop competencies in crisis communication by supporting the management of and response to difficult questions and scenarios during market volatility or corporate challenges.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with the investment community including analysts, investors, shareholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Key Qualification

  • Completing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, Real Estate, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial fundamentals, including financial statements, valuation basics, and market drivers.
  • Ability to connect the dots and synthesize complex information or concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to support competitive analysis, market research, and benchmarking.
  • Ability to work with regulatory requirements, reporting timelines, and compliance-driven documentation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for engaging with media, investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to present investment messages to diverse audiences and respond confidently to challenging questions.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, polished reports and communication materials.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and strategic thinker with the ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex information.
