Job Description
You will be on a 24-month rotational plan that exposes you to different aspects of our Leasing Management business line. Spending eight months in each rotation, you will get an opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:
Foundational Capabilities: Leasing (first 8 Months)
In this period, you will focus on core leasing execution and administration:
- Leasing Strategy & Execution:
- Understand and analyse the distinct operational and commercial traits of various tenant categories (e.g., F&B, Fashion, Electronics) to ensure an optimal tenant mix.
- Support the leasing process by assisting in strategic tenant mix analysis and building strong tenant relationships.
- Assist in strategic tenant mix analysis/planning and building strong tenant relationships
- Execute leasing strategies, using cold calling and other means to identify and pursue potential leasing targets
- Become familiar with essential lease administrative processes, including the execution lease documentation and administration as well as compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering/countering the Financing of Terrorism, Code of Conduct by FTIC.
- Administrative & Reporting Compliance:
- Manage and become familiar with essential administrative processes, including the execution lease documentation and administration.
- Assist in the preparation of key management budget and management reports, for operational and financial oversight.
- Market & Resource Planning:

- Support resource planning and management activities to ensure efficient and effective centre operations.
Advanced Capabilities: Marketing, (9-24 Months)
This period focuses on strategic marketing, operational improvement, and high-level, group-wide portfolio strategy:
- Strategic Marketing & Tenant Support:
- Support tenants by assisting in the design and execution of marketing campaigns to widen their reach and exposure within the mall.
- Apply knowledge of different retail marketing types (e.g., advertising, sponsorships) to achieve commercial and strategic goals.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal audit requirements.
- Operational Improvement & Customer Experience:

- Research, analyze, and recommend new ideas and initiatives to implement and improve overall retail mall operations or the shoppers' experience.
- Contribute to building a strong foundation in strategic marketing and leveraging data for targeted campaigns.
- Group-Level Reporting & Strategy:

- Assist in the preparation of detailed Management Reports for monthly and quarterly group-level performance reviews.

Key Qualification
- Completing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in retail real estate, leasing, and marketing.
- Basic understanding of retail marketing concepts, including advertising, sponsorships, and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of basic commercial concepts, such as budgeting, reporting, and administrative processes (e.g., RFPs, lease administration).
- Knowledge or exposure to lease management principles, tenancy types, and retail categories (F&B, fashion, electronics, etc.).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, market segmentation, and operational reports.
- Ability to prepare and interpret management reports, including monthly or quarterly updates.
- Experience supporting or analyzing tenant performance or customer engagement activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage tenants, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively across multiple functions (leasing, marketing, operations).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
