Manager, Brand Communications (Frasers Hospitality)
Job Summary
Reporting to the VP Brand Strategy & Marketing Communications, the Manager, Brand Communications is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, consistent and on-brand communications across Frasers Hospitality’s corporate brand and portfolio of operating brands.
This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic lens, shaping the narrative, safeguarding the brand, and leading communications end to end across internal, external and stakeholder touchpoints.
Job Description
1. Brand Communications & Governance
- Act as brand custodian across Frasers Hospitality and its brands, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, messaging and visual expression across all communications.
- Develop, maintain and evolve brand style guides, including messaging principles, editorial guidelines and brand application for corporate and marketing communications
- Review key communications to ensure alignment with brand strategy and positioning
- Partner with brand strategy and experience teams to translate brand frameworks into practical communications tools
2. Brand Campaigns & Storytelling
- Support the development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns, in collaboration with brand, marketing and digital teams
- Lead the communications and storytelling aspects of campaigns, including campaign narratives and key messages.
- Ensure campaigns are expressed consistently across markets while allowing for local relevance
- Collaborate with the broader team to conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging brand content and campaigns.
3. Internal and External Communications
- Plan and deliver internal communications that build alignment and engagement across the organisation.
- Support leadership communications, including press materials, speeches, event content, and partner communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications channels.
4. Public Relations and Media Support
- Assist in executing PR initiatives and media relations efforts.
- Coordinate with PR agencies on press releases, media pitching, interview coordination, and event support.
- Monitor media coverage, track sentiment, and prepare regular reports on PR outcomes.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor in support of team and business objectives.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of experience leading brand and communications work within a multi-brand, multi-stakeholder organisation, with exposure to both corporate and consumer-facing brands
- Proven experience shaping and governing brand voice, messaging architecture and communications standards, and embedding them across teams, partners and markets
- Strong command of written communication, with the judgement to adapt for leadership, owners, employees and external stakeholders
- Track record of contributing to or leading brand and marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of how storytelling supports commercial and reputational objectives
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
