Job Summary

Manager, Group Financial Reporting

  • Responsible for sub-group consolidation and financial/management reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare consolidated accounts and statutory reports, including SGX announcements and financial statements, adhering to Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting standards. 
  • Provide guidance and support to overseas team to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts.
  • Perform analysis on various consolidated financial drivers for management reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
  • Keep abreast of new technical accounting and reporting matters and update/train finance personnel on new requirements arising therefrom.
  • Support the team for the migration and implementation of new system-related projects.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in audit or a related field. Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is advantageous.
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I) and strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication, people management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller software, SAP, and/or Yardi accounting software is preferred.
