Manager, Digital Marketing & Website

Responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel chain’s website to ensure a seamless user experience, strong online presence, and maximized digital conversions. This role involves overseeing website performance, ensuring content accuracy, and integrating SEO/SEM strategies to support e-commerce and digital marketing goals. Additionally, the role includes maintaining alignment with digital marketing strategies, handling website analytics, and ensuring smooth website functionality to support business objectives.
Job Description
Website Management & Maintenance
• Oversee daily management and maintenance of the hotel website to ensure optimal performance, including content updates, error resolutions, and uptime monitoring.
• Implement and manage SEO & SEM strategies to boost organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and improve booking conversions.
• Ensure website compatibility across various devices and browsers to provide a smooth and consistent user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that website content and design align with digital marketing strategies, business goals, and branding requirements.
• Conduct regular website audits, performance reviews, and implement improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
• Manage website tagging, analytics tracking, and conversion tagging using tools like
• Google Tag Manager to monitor key metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
• Use data insights to identify and act on opportunities to improve website conversions, enhance user engagement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Regularly monitor site performance and user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, and other tracking systems to generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the digital marketing and e-commerce teams to align website strategies with marketing and business objectives.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to support continuous optimization and marketing efforts.
• Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices, analytics standards, and legal requirements.
Content & UX Optimization
• Ensure that the website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s voice, style, and customer needs.
• Work with the design team to enhance website layout, navigation, and user experience (UX) to improve guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Implement A/B testing and other methods to enhance the website’s design, functionality, and conversion rates.
Special Projects
• Participate in digital enhancement projects, including new website launches, feature rollouts, or system upgrades.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and website performance comparisons.
• Assist in testing and deploying tools or technologies to improve digital user experience.
• Support one-off marketing initiatives, urgent campaign needs, or short-term content development tasks.
Key Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics—preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and web performance tools.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies, content management, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
