Job Description
- To drive mall’s footfall and sales conversion
- To provide leadership for the marketing and customer service team
- To curate and implement mall specific marketing activities for the property and the advertising collaterals of such activities
- To grow social media presence
- To market atrium, promotion and advertising and manage casual leasing of the property, achieving budget revenue
- To liaise and maintain good relations with tenants, advertising agencies, media, contractors and potential partner and cluster/ portfolio marketing team
- To manage and handle day-to-day operations relating to marketing and customer service
- To garner tenants’ sponsorship for campaigns
- To prepare monthly marketing reports, proposals and annual budget
- To create & raise SAP COF for the necessary Purchase Orders
- To manage the A&P budget and drive asset plan for A&P on annual basis
- To uphold the branding of the company & property
- To handle & manage shoppers’ and tenants’ feedback
- To undertake any other relevant task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management
Key Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Marketing, preferably in a retail mall environment
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team
- Proactive, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented
- Strong planning, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written)
