Job Summary
Job Description
- To lead and guide Marketing and customer service teams for the malls and across the cluster
- To support malls GM and execute forecast and budget planning
- To lead and guide the team in
o Casual leasing (atrium, advertising spaces, vending machines) and drive sponsorship and optimise other income
o Planning and execution of mall activations across the cluster to support community engagement and community investment in accordance with the group's community investment framework
o Inclusion Champions Programme and Service Excellence in the malls and across cluster
o Growth of social media and brand presence
o Tenant relations management to drive collaborations, including sponsorship and growth in sales
o Maintaining good relations with media, potential partners, advertising agencies, contractors and cluster/core marketing team
o Day-to-day operations relating to marketing and support customer service team
o Handling of shoppers' and tenants' feedback and improve customer experience
- To drive mall's footfall and tenants' sales
- To prepare monthly marketing reports and proposals when required
- To support Core Marketing by growing and promoting the Frasers Experience (FRx) ecosystem and loyalty adoption
- To uphold the branding of the company & property
- To undertake any other relevant task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management
