Seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Senior Manager / Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, digital content, and community engagement initiatives across multiple malls and platforms. In this role, you will drive business growth through impactful marketing strategies, innovative campaigns, and meaningful customer experiences aligned with the organisation’s strategic vision and brand positioning.
You will work closely with mall teams, cluster marketing leads, agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute large-scale campaigns, activations, and engagement initiatives that drive traffic, sales, membership growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Marketing & Service Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting strategic marketing priorities, strengthening customer engagement initiatives, and driving service-oriented brand experiences across the organisation. With a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, you will ensure campaigns are delivered effectively while identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and long-term business impact.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and activations across multiple malls, including large-scale signature events and seasonal campaigns. ·
- Drive footfall, sales, membership acquisition, engagement, and PR value through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships, driving to achieve established business targets.
- Collaborate with mall marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning. ·
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Manage campaign operations including mechanics setup, registration systems, FAQs, terms and conditions, and payment reconciliation processes where required.
- Drive Marketing Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support proposal development, budgeting, presentation materials, audit documentation, campaign reports and post-mortems.
- Coordinate all necessary communication materials and communication plan.
- Conduct robust post-campaign evaluations and performance analysis to identify insights, opportunities and areas for improvement to support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Be on a consistent strive to improve processes to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Lead Digital Content & Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media, websites, apps, CRM platforms, and eDMs.
- Oversee multimedia content production including social content, videos, campaign recaps, blogs, and promotional assets.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely planning, approvals, and deployment of all communications.
- Drive customer engagement across digital and social channels through compelling content and consistent brand messaging
- Drive Strategic Partnerships & Collaborative Marketing Initiatives
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, agencies, tenants, and external stakeholders to support business and marketing objectives and to enhance campaign scale and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with like-minded partners to develop mutually beneficial marketing activations and experiential campaigns across participating malls to strengthen brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Oversee audit, data protection, IT governance and regulatory compliance across all campaign execution and implementation.
- Ensure strong SOPs, controls and documentation to achieve consistent positive audit outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, IT, DPO) to mitigate risks and uphold governance standards.
Key Qualification

- At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, communications and branding in the retail industry.
- Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that balance customer experience, data insights, and business performance.
- Data driven, skilled with data and analysis.
- Good English copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
- Very strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, including media, creative and digital agencies.
- Proven ability to work across functions, cultures, and organisational levels.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking with a hands‑on, pragmatic execution mindset.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate independently and decisively.
