Officer, Sales & Marketing Support, Capri by Fraser China Square (6 months contract)
Job Summary
This role reports to Director of Sales and supports the team in office administration work, ensuring that all records are updated and accurate. This role will handle typing, and filling in all correspondence reports and memos. Candidate must provide good communication between clients and the Sales Department and co-ordinate with clients and staff regarding services.
Job Description
- Handles day-to-day of an administrative nature, assist the Sales Manager with projects/proposal/reports, to arrange schedule/appointments.
- Attend daily morning meetings and taking notes and minutes of meetingsMaintains a proper and efficient filing system and opens any new files when necessary.
- Participates and assists with co-ordination of Sales & Marketing events, functions, projects and clients site visit.
- Maintains an updated sales database and assists in phone enquiries & ensures that these reservations are properly handled to the Reservation Department.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Sales Manager or the management.
- Perform coverage of admin duties of related teams whenever required
Key Qualification
- GCE 'O' level / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent
- At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
