OneERP Process & Architecture Advisory Consultant
Job Summary
The OneERP Process & Architecture Advisory Consultant will be instrumental in shaping the Target Operating Model (TOM), minimizing customizations, introducing a robust governance framework to evaluate and control system customization requests, and overseeing the integration and data migration strategy for the new ERP environment. The role will bring an “outside-in” perspective to Frasers’ process and system architecture and collaborate closely with the Project Director, Project Process Lead, and Project System Architecture Lead.
Job Description
Process Standardization & Target Operating Model Alignment
- Define and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM) to reflect industry-leading practices.
- Drive adoption of standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across business units.
- Promote the use of native S/4HANA functionality to reduce custom developments and technical debt.
Architecture Advisory
- Provide strategic direction on SAP S/4HANA architecture, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize the ERP landscape.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability.
System Integration & Migration Strategy
- Co-lead the development and execution of the system integration and data migration roadmap for OneERP.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing and future applications.
- Establish best practices for data quality, mapping, cleansing, and validation during migration.
Governance Framework for Customization
- Design and implement a governance framework to assess and approve customization requests.
- Establish clear criteria for evaluating customization needs, including business value and TOM alignment.
- Lead a cross-functional review board to ensure customizations are justified and minimal.
Program Support
- Partner with key project leads to ensure successful delivery of the OneERP program.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to internal teams and external consultants.
Key Qualification
- 20+ years of experience in ERP transformation, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven success in process standardization, enterprise architecture advisory, and system integration/migration.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, Fiori UX, and native S/4HANA capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks for ERP programs.
- Track record of developing and executing integration and migration strategies for large-scale ERP implementations.
