Job Summary

This role provides end-to-end ownership of portfolio analytics and valuation strategy, ensuring Frasers Property Industrial’s (FPI) global portfolio is monitored, benchmarked, and reported with high accuracy and strategic insight. It enables the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to make informed, forward-looking decisions on performance, risk, and value creation.

 

This is a mid-level, high-potential development role designed to build leadership in data-driven portfolio strategy within FPI’s global platform.

Job Description

Portfolio Analytics & Insights

  • Maintain and evolve the central portfolio data lake across Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Singapore. 
  • Coordinate Southeast Asia portfolio data with other business units to ensure full consolidation.
  • Ensure monthly data integrity, accuracy, and coordination with country Heads of Asset Management and Finance.
  • Produce quarterly CEO portfolio packs for Board reporting, with commentary and insights.
  • Develop portfolio dashboards, benchmarking, and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
  • Support investor relations with data, visuals and commentary for quarterly and annual updates.

 

Valuation Governance & Strategy

  • Oversee the half-year and full-year external valuation process across ~200 assets.
  • Coordinate valuer allocation in line with company policy.
  • Ensure consistency of assumptions across countries, aligned with internal house view.
  • Consolidate global valuation results and provide executive-ready insights.
  • Prepare and present ExCo, Board and Risk Committee valuation summaries and approval papers.
  • Maintain a central valuation database for trend analysis and insights

 

Market Intelligence and House View

  • Project manage the annual House View process, coordinating research, market data and country‑level inputs across all regions.
  • Consolidate macroeconomic indicators, real estate market data, yield trends, interest rates, transaction evidence, leasing comparables, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal Research and external parties to inform FPI’s strategic forecast.
  • Organise guest speakers (economists, property experts) to contribute market intelligence.
  • Prepare ELT presentation materials and market share updates.

 

Strategic Support

  • Support annual strategy and capital allocation reviews with valuation trends, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
  • Identify actionable portfolio insights that inform decision-making at the enterprise level.

Key Qualification

Essential

  • 5–8 years’ experience in real estate analytics, valuation, or portfolio management.
  • Experience in cross-border coordination across Australia, Europe, and/or Asia.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with deep understanding of valuation methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strong reporting, visualisation, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complexity into insight.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Self-driven, proactive and comfortable managing cross-functional teams across time zones.

 

Preferred

  • Experience in a REIT, property fund, or institutional investor platform.
  • Familiarity with IFRS fair value requirements and valuation audit processes.
  • Exposure to real estate investment strategy, risk, or capital allocation.
  • Qualifications such as CFA, CA, or MRICS.
