Job Summary

This role will support the management and optimization of hotel distribution channels and also assist with online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking channels, GDS, and wholesale partners to help maximize revenue, visibility, and booking performance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their hospitality career who wants to develop expertise in revenue management and distribution.

Job Description

  1. Channel & Distribution Support

 

  • Support daily management of distribution channels (OTAs, brand.com, GDS, wholesalers)

 

  • Maintain rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content across channels

 

  • Assist with channel setup, mapping, and updates in the channel manager

 

  • Monitor competitor pricing and availability

 

  1. Revenue & Performance Analysis

 

  • Track channel performance including pickup, ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy

 

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution and revenue reports

 

  • Support forecasting and demand analysis

 

  1. Flag pricing or availability issues to the Senior Revenue Manager

 

  • OTA & Partner Coordination

 

  • Assist with OTA promotions, campaigns, and merchandising opportunities

 

  • Maintain relationships with OTA market managers and distribution partners

 

  • Support contract loading and promotional setup

 

  1. Systems & Tools

 

  • Work with HMS, CRS, channel manager, and revenue management systems

 

  • Ensure accuracy of rates, restrictions, and inventory

 

  • Support troubleshooting distribution or connectivity issues

 

  1. Cross-Functional Support

 

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations teams

 

  • Support distribution-related training and communication at property level

 

  1. Success Metrics

 

  • Accuracy of rates and inventory across channels

 

  • Improvement in channel performance metrics

 

  1. Timeliness and quality of reporting

 

  • Reduction in distribution errors and parity issues

 

Key Qualification

Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 

1–2 years’ experience in hotel revenue, reservations, or distribution

 

Basic understanding of OTAs and hotel distribution

 

Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

 

Willingness to learn revenue management and distribution systems
