Sales Manager, Residential
Job Summary
You will develop and implement sales plans for residential developments, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors. You will actively seek customers, build a strong agent network, and meet sales KPIs. Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a sales team during expansion. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
Job Description
- Define the sales approach for the development and executing these strategies into action plans
- Work closely with appointed agents and marketing teams on their sales performance to formulate strategies to meet the target KPIs.
- Network and establish strong relationship with external agents to promote FPS residential projects.
- Monitor the agents’ marketing outreach, social media and on-line portals, to ensure they do not infringe into company’s branding and project image.
- Seek out prospective buyers for direct sales.
- Ensure compliance on the latest authority regulations and policies (eg. AML TFCT and PDPA) when conducting property deals.
- Upkeep showflats maintenance at its optimal and best conditions for viewings.
- Administer sales control, approved selling price and signing of sales documents for agents and buyers.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure coordination and to achieve optimal product delivery and quality service to customers.
Key Qualification
- 'A' Level/Diploma/ bachelor degree/ CEA-licensed with at least 8 years of real estate or other equivalent relevant working experience.
- Excellent presentation/ communication skills to interact with customers, agents and internal stakeholders.
- Self driven and team player.
- Good people management skill to handle agents and sales team.
