Senior Assistant Director, People Systems & Analytics

We are searching for an accomplished Senior Manager, People Systems & Analytics to co-lead and orchestrate this transformative journey. In this pivotal role, you will be driving the design, implementation, and optimization of our comprehensive HRIS landscape. Your remit will encompass the full lifecycle: from supporting solution architecture to shape the global HRIS tech strategy with a stronger focus on driving core system implementations.
This role’s key purpose is to drive complex enterprise wide projects, ensure excellence in system administration, reporting, analytics, training, and support. With your expertise in project and change management, and a keen eye for solution development, you will ensure our HR systems are secure, compliant, and is an enabler for our global workforce, creating a good employee experience, and directly influencing our ability to scale with Fraser’s business growth.
Our development journey beyond the deployment of Core HR systems, will include exploring innovative Gen AI applications and paving the way for future developments that would drive people analytics and automation
Job Description
1. Group HRIS Technology Strategy
- Co-define & govern the global HRIS architecture with the HRIS Head, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards, HR policies and future business scalability.
- Spearhead the strategic execution of Group-wide HR digitalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business transformation priorities and the People Strategy.
- Lead cross-BU HRIS governance cadence, facilitating alignment and collaboration across regions and business units.
- Develop & maintain the HR Digitalization roadmap, incorporating emerging trends like Gen AI and ensuring the ecosystem remains agile and future-ready.
2. HRIS Implementation Leadership
- Lead global HRIS project management, ensuring seamless design, deployment, and and successful adoption of core HRIS systems and integrated solutions across all business units.
- Manage vendor coordination, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful implementation of HR technology solutions and ensuring vendors deliver on commitments for complex HR technology implementations.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, proactively collaborating with senior HR, IT, and business leaders to translate strategic needs into robust system capabilities and secure buy-in for transformative initiatives.
- Oversee the integration architecture of HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow, interoperability, and a connected employee experience across the technology stack.
3. HRIS Administration
- Govern global HRIS system administration, security frameworks, and access control policies, ensuring rigorous compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all BUs.
- Ensure optimal system performance, stability, and scalability, establishing proactive monitoring strategies and leading collaboration with IT and vendors to resolve critical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce data integrity and quality standards within HR systems, implementing processes for data governance and regular audits.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS strategy, implementation, and administration.
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Succession, Compensation).
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of HR data governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in People Analytics reporting and workforce analytics.
- Has the tenacity to thrive in an environment that requires managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
