Senior Customer Success Officer, Frasers Hospitality (11 month contract)
Job Summary
This is a 11-month contract role and will provide first-level support for commercial systems across all properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will support the administration and troubleshooting of systems such as CRS, RMS, BI tools, and channel management platforms. Responsibilities include centralized chain code maintenance, coordination with vendors, user account management, and conducting system audits to ensure compliance and data integrity. The role also serves as the main liaison between corporate and property teams for system-related matters.
Job Description
• Determine quality standards and oversees the execution/production of Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS)
• Product support and maintenance
• Facilitates schedule and cost forecasting for maintenance activities
• Governance & oversight of all maintenance and support activities
• Conduct system audit identifying potential errors and generating audit reports based on findings
• Develop training materials in accordance to Frasers standards
• Manage Chain setup for CRS
• Resolving basic properties inquiries, issues or problems
• Perform related ad-hoc duties as required
Key Qualification
• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Preferably with Hospitality related certification
• Knowledge in PMS (Opera, HMS) and CRS (SynXis)
• Competent in Microsoft office
• Basic competency in video editing
