Job Summary

This role will provide first-level support for commercial systems across all properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will support the administration and troubleshooting of systems such as CRS, RMS, BI tools, and channel management platforms. The role will also serve as the main liaison between corporate and property teams for system-related matters. 

Job Description

  • Assist in ensuring quality standards are met for the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS)
  • Provide first-level support and help with routine system maintenance tasks
  • Support in tracking and updating schedules for maintenance activities
  • Assist in monitoring and documenting support tasks
  • Help conduct system checks identifying potential errors and generating audit reports based on findings
  • Support the creation and updating of training materials in accordance to brand standards
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of properties in the CRS system
  • Respond to basic property-related inquiries or issues, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Perform general administrative or support tasks as assigned

Key Qualification

  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel operations, commercial systems support, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems such as CRS, RMS, PMS, channel managers, and BI tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Able to communicate effectively with property teams and external vendors
