Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract, who will assist in corporate governance compliance and manage and update bank mandates.
Job Description
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters within the finance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Support the management and administration of directorships across business units, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination.
• Manage and update bank mandates, ensuring proper authorization structures are maintained and aligned with corporate policies.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely filings and maintenance of corporate records.
Key Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate secretarial experience
• Familiarity with directorship appointment processes and bank mandate management.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in corporate governance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
