Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive to join our Finance team on a contract basis. This role primarily focuses on assisting in PowerBI data matters and building interactive dashboards for the finance team, in close collaboration with the IT team and assist in supporting IBM Analytics platform for forecasting and budgeting process . The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerBI will strong background in data visualisation with a keen eye for detail. While the primary responsibility will be data and dashboard-related tasks, the role will also involve supporting various finance governance activities and other tasks as directed by the VP of Finance.

Job Description

•    Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for the finance team using PowerBI.
•    Assist in data analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for financial reporting.
•    Support the Finance team with regular reporting and analysis requirements.
•    Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports, data refreshes, and connectivity.
•    Continuously improve and streamline data visualization and reporting processes.
•    Contribute to governance and compliance-related finance activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
•    Assist in other finance-related tasks as assigned by the VP of Finance.
 

Key Qualification

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT, or a related field.
•    At least 1 year  proven experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets from various sources
•    Experience working with finance and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions.
•    Knowledge of finance governance and compliance is a plus.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
