Senior Executive, Revenue Management
Job Summary
The Senior Executive, Revenue Manager (Corporate) will be responsible for Corporate initiatives and execute rollout plans. Is part of revenue optimization team and work with Cluster Teams to review pricing and channel strategies. Provide commercial reporting and commentary on monthly basis to Sales and Marketing Department (Corporate).
Job Description
Ensure optimization of market share and total revenue for properties to meet set objectives as well as maintenance of relevant policies by:
- Working with Vice President Revenue Management & Cluster Teams to develop and roll out pricing strategies with clear goals to properties
- Ensuring efficient utilization of all systems, in line with Frasers best practice and standard operating procedures
- Conducting regular price elasticity tests in various market conditions, measure results, and share key learnings and best practices with Cluster DOSM and properties
- Ensuring all relevant team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and controls
- Ensuring property compliance with corporate standards and guidelines across all platforms
- Leading team and having hands-on approach for all Pre-opening properties to ensure strategic revenue objectives are met.
- Developing and maintaining a set of Revenue Management and Reservations policies and procedures for effective workflow
- Monitoring properties Best Rate Guarantee compliance
- Perform related ah-hoc duties as assigned
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration preferred
- A minimum of 5 years revenue management experience in hospitality service industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and yield management concepts
- Good knowledge in travel and hospitality operating software
- Strong Data Analytical skills to articulate and conclude findings
- Experience using revenue management systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker
- Knowledge in BI systems such as PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau, Cognos experience is a MUST
- Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Organized and meticulous with good eye for details
- Self-directed learner, able to work independently to produce accurate results
- Strong in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
