Job Description
- Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments set by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Ensure that cleanliness, proper amenities, and literature placement are met according to working procedures and standards
- Report any loss, damage to linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor or the Engineering Department
- Provide support in daily operations by:
- Replenishing supplies (E.g., guest amenities, guest supplies F&B and bathroom items)
- Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
- Conduct CARE Program apartment assigned by Supervisor
- Storeroom management and issue stock assigned by Supervisor
- Attend to residents’ requests
- Assist in monthly linen inventory in your assigned area
- Manage the storing and issuance of linen and uniform
- Exchange linen for apartment and uniform for employee according to established standards
- Requisites laundry supplies and materials, keep record of usage
- Receives, check, record and deliver the guest laundry according to established standard
- Ensure that the laundry contractor meets cleanliness standards and deadlines
- Sort, count and record the number of linen and soiled articles
- Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability
- Perform related tasks as assigned
Key Qualification

At least a higher secondary education

Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping

Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards

Ability to follow instructions

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
