Job Summary

To assist the Assistant/Leasing Manager in effective lease management and tenancy matters to maximise returns and ensure smooth running of the centre’s daily activities

Job Description

To support the team to achieve higher than projected occupancy rate and maximise rental income through effective marketing strategies, lease and arrears management.
To maintain proper lease administration and ensure timely approvals of memos/documentation.
To liaise closely with tenants on their fit-out works to ensure that they comply with the fit-out guidelines.
To support the team to maintain a good tenant relation through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs.
To assist timely submission of budget reports, Management reports and any other ad hoc reports (when applicable)
Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Key Qualification

Minimum Diploma or a Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant leasing work experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong initiative and ability to follow through tasks assigned.
