Senior Manager, Digital Capability & Adoption, Group Digital & Technology
Role Summary
As the Senior Manager for Digital Adoption & Enablement, you are a key leader and practitioner within Catalyst Studio responsible for driving the execution of initiatives that accelerate the organisation’s AI adoption and digital capability. This role translates the studio’s strategic engagements into tangible outcomes by owning the end-to-end delivery of workshops, capability programmes, and community initiatives, ensuring the studio operates at a consistently high pace and standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Business Framing & Validation Engagements: Act as the delivery lead for framing engagements. You will manage the operational execution of workshops and research activities that help business units frame opportunities for AI application and validate potential use cases.
- Develop Engagement Artefacts and Materials: Own and manage the creation of journey maps, research summaries, playbooks, and presentation materials that communicate insights and support decision-making during engagements.
- Manage Capability Program Delivery: Oversee the operational delivery of our capability-building programmes, including managing content development pipelines and coordinating workshops related to AI adoption, digital tools, and customer-centric problem solving.
- Run the Community of Practice Engine: Drive the operational aspects of practitioner communities, including organising engagement events, curating use cases, and implementing systems that encourage peer-led adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Implement Adoption and Capability Tracking: Design and manage the process for capturing insights related to adoption and capability uplift, owning regular reporting and insights.
- Lead Independent Initiatives: Lead selected workshops or capability initiatives where appropriate, contributing to the team’s ability to increase delivery throughput and operational pace.
