Job Summary

Job Description

  • Manage finance and tax related activities for REIT malls under FCT
  • Assist in providing senior management with timely, accurate, and relevant information and analysis on the financial performance of the group and working closely with - Operation team to provide a complete perspective on group performance
  • Liaise, coordinate and follow up with external parties such as auditors for annual audit matters, tax agents for tax-related (income tax and GST) matters, to ensure compliance to relevant regulations
  • Assist in preparing the statutory Financial Statements for half yearly announcements and yearly annual Financial Statements
  • Consolidate financial results for the group and analyse performance against relevant comparisons (vs. Budget, Prior Year, Forecast)
  • Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis/ insights of industry and peers
  • Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by management.

Key Qualification

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields and/or CPA
  • Ideally 8 years of experience in a financial management reporting role including 3 years in any Big 4 accounting firm and 4 years in a managerial role
  • Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to work under a tight timeline
  • Excellent team player
  • Highly effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with SAP accounting software and IBM Cognos Controller
