Senior Manager, Global Rewards
Job Summary
The Senior Rewards Manager is responsible for managing the compensation and benefits programs for the organization, which includes data analysis and simulation, market research, designing and implementing competitive salary and benefit programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of rewards experience, preferably with consulting background, be proficient in Excel, and independent in carrying out market research.
Job Description
- Conduct market analysis: The Rewards Senior Manager will need to conduct market analysis to ensure the group’s compensation and benefits programs are competitive with industry standards. This includes analyzing salary surveys, benchmarking against industry peers, and recommending appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages.
- Manage the annual bonus and salary review process: The Rewards Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the annual bonus and salary review process, including proposing a bonus matrix, preparing salary increase recommendations, and effect the bonus and salary decisions in employees payroll.
- Manage the benefits program: The Rewards Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the group’s benefits program, including health insurance, and other employee benefits. This includes negotiating with vendors, monitoring plan performance, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management: The Rewards Senior Manager will provide guidance and support to HR and management on all matters related to compensation, benefits, and performance management. This includes providing advice on job offers, promotions, and other HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies: The Rewards Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing total rewards strategies aligned with the group’s objectives, culture, and budget. This includes designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, managing the annual merit review process, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably with consulting background.
