Job Summary

This role is responsible for the management and administration of Frasers Property Limited (FPL) group-wide insurance program. The successful candidate will manage key aspects of the group insurance portfolio, ensuring FPL assets and business activities are adequately protected through effective insurance and claims management.

Job Description

  • Assist in the annual insurance renewal process, including data collection and collation of underwriting information from Business Units (BUs)
  • Liaise with the appointed insurance broker on policy administration, documentation, and premium billings
  • Maintain a central repository of all insurance-related documentation
  • Coordinate with BUs to ensure timely reporting of all insurance claims
  • Monitor the progress of claims with brokers and insurers to ensure prompt settlement
  • Provide initial guidance to BUs on insurance coverage and related contractual obligations
  • Assist in implementing and communicating the group insurance management policy across all BUs
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of the insurance program and claims activity

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Law).
  • Professional qualifications in insurance or risk management (e.g. BCP, ComGI) are advantageous
  • 5-7+ years of experience in corporate insurance management, either in-house or with a major broker/insurer
  • Proven experience handling key insurance lines such as Property, Casualty, Financial and Professional Lines
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing and advising on insurance clauses within commercial contracts (e.g. leases, vendor agreements, financing documents)
  • Experience in managing relationships and negotiations with insurance brokers and underwriters
  • Familiarity with regional or global insurance programs is preferred
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector is a plus
