Job Summary
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing, Development Management, Frasers Property Singapore team - handling the marketing aspects as a Project Lead/ Deputy Project Lead, to lead the pricing strategy & market alignment in sales and provide market intelligence and feasibility support.
Job Description
Marketing
- Project Leadership & Strategy
- To assume the role of Project Lead or Deputy Project Lead, as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives through market intelligence, data analysis and trend evaluation, including the formulation of strategic marketing plans.
- Campaign Execution & Timeline Management
- To lead and manage marketing timelines to ensure well-coordinated, timely and effective campaigns across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases, with all key milestones achieved.
- Financial & Budget Management
- To achieve financial objectives by projecting accurate sales volumes and profitability, and to manage marketing expenditures through careful monitoring and control of budgets.
- Product Development & Market Positioning
- To enhance product marketability and profitability by identifying market trends and opportunities, and to actively contribute during the design conceptualisation stage of development projects, including collaboration with project and consultant teams on product positioning, provisions and layouts.
- Brand Building & Integrated Marketing Execution
- To strengthen the firm’s brand and increase brand awareness through the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales strategies, working closely with the Sales team and Group Communications to align all advertising, promotions and communications with corporate branding and messaging.
- Sales & Marketing Planning and Digital Strategy
- To conceptualise, develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, forecasts and campaigns for residential projects, including oversight of advertising and creative agencies, management of digital marketing initiatives, optimisation of lead generation efforts, social media presence at project level, and continuous analysis of sales and marketing performance trends.
- Marketing Platforms & CRM Effectiveness
- To ensure accuracy and effectiveness of project microsites, digital landing pages and CRM platforms in tracking marketing performance, generating leads and supporting overall campaign objectives.
Sales
- Pricing Strategy & Market Alignment
- To lead the formulation of competitive pricing strategies based on target demographics, market conditions, product positioning and corporate branding to maximise sales performance.
- Sales Operations & Governance
- To oversee departmental sales procedures and administration, and to establish sales policies, objectives and targets to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Business Development
- Market Intelligence & Feasibility Support
- To collaborate with the Business Development team, when required, in collecting, researching and analysing market data and intelligence to support feasibility studies and acquisition decisions.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing or business administration
- Experience in sales and marketing role within the real estate industry
- An enthusiastic team player who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
