Job Summary

Frasers Property Singapore is a strategic business unit of Frasers Property Limited, a multi-national investor-developer-operator of real estate products and services. We develop, own, and manage suburban retail malls, commercial offices, and business parks, as well as residential properties in Singapore.

We are seeking a highly organized, delivery-focused, and versatile Senior Project Manager to join our lean, fast-paced Digital & Innovations team. In this role, you will focus heavily on project management execution, vendor coordination, and timeline tracking to bridge the gap between business needs and digital implementation. Serving as a crucial delivery partner, you will provide the immediate hands-on bandwidth needed to secure our platform timelines and ensure business continuity.

Rather than requiring deep technical programming or engineering skills, this position leans on your ability to manage schedules, drive vendor deliverables, navigate governance approvals, and ensure smooth business adoption. You will coordinate the execution of critical digital platforms (both B2B and B2C) while helping to manage the day-to-day operational support and transition planning for several inherited legacy platforms.

Job Description

Digital Product & Project Delivery Execution

  • Partner closely with the Project Director to drive the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes digital initiatives.
  • B2C Portfolio: Coordinate project schedules and execution for CRM integration, programme revamps, and data-driven marketing funnels (including Funnel upgrades).
  • B2B Portfolio: Manage the rollout plan for the unified B2B tenant experience platform, MyICEPortal upgrades, and automated property leasing interfaces.
  • Translate business user needs into detailed project requirements, user stories, and clear functional specifications for vendors.
  • Own the master project plan, tracking schedules, resource allocations, risk registers, and budgets to ensure all milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary operational liaison between business units, Corporate IT, and external digital vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day performance and deliverables of external technology partners, system integrators, CRM vendors, and payment gateway providers.
  • Facilitate progress meetings with cross-functional business stakeholders, translating technical progress or constraints into clear, non-technical business updates.
  • Ensure external vendors meet their contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks.

Tech Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Coordination

  • Serve as the team's process coordinator to ensure all digital solutions meet the Group’s strict security, risk, and compliance standards.
  • Drive and manage the administrative progress of critical compliance frameworks, including compiling and submitting documents for Technology Risk Assessments (TRA), System Impact Analysis (SIA), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
  • Act as the key contact point with Corporate IT Security and Legal/Compliance teams, chasing approvals and tracking mitigation tasks to closure.

Change Management, Adoption & Legacy Operations

  • Design and execute practical change management plans, training sessions, and communication rollouts to ensure internal teams, property managers, and tenants comfortably adopt the new digital platforms.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure platform health, user adoption rates, and commercial success.
  • Oversee the daily operational support, ticketing coordination, and user queries for inherited legacy platforms (MyICEPortal, ACE, ICMS, and Funnel) during the transition phase.
  • Coordinate the gradual operational transition and eventual sunsetting schedules of these legacy systems as users migrate to the newer platforms.

Key Qualification

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in digital project management, digital product coordination, or digital transformation delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing project schedules, coordinate rollouts, and delivering multi-stakeholder B2B or B2C digital platform implementations (e.g., retail CRM, customer portals, or payment gateway integrations) will be highly desirable
  • Experience in the Real Estate, Retail, or Hospitality industries is highly advantageous.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (such as Waterfall and Agile/Scrum) and experience managing project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project)
  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable.
  • Practical understanding of digital platform concepts (e.g., how APIs connect systems, cloud-based software, and CRM structures) sufficient to manage vendor conversations, without requiring direct technical design or development experience.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA) and IT compliance workflows (experience coordinating GRC documents like TRAs or DPIAs is a major plus).

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Execution & Delivery Focus: A highly organized coordinator who thrives on checking off milestones, managing timelines, and handling tactical execution details.
  • Excellent Communicator & Facilitator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage relationships smoothly across non-technical business teams, executive sponsors, and external partners.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: A collaborative team player with a resilient attitude, able to navigate shifting priorities, follow up tenaciously, and maintain progress in a lean team.
  • Structured & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document coordination, meeting tracking, and risk management.
