Senior Revenue Executive (Hospitality)
Job Summary
Supervise and support reservation team and ensure smooth daily operation function. Meeting and exceeding customers’ expectation and converting potential enquiry to business.
Job Description
- Involve in implementation and migration of new PMS
- Work with Revenue Manager for submission of reports (daily reports, month-end reports etc in a timely manner)
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecast by market segment on monthly basis
- Feedback on the trend and pick up
- Maintain and review all distribution channels to ensure competitive rates and rate parity at all times
- Monitor room types sold and utilization to maximize customer satisfaction and room revenue
- Manage, revise, update rates, room allotment, close up dates on any website company or booking engine
- Supervise the reservation team to enhance the overall hotel revenue through excellent customer service
- Control and manage group booking
- Preparing and conduct OJT to reservation officer/trainee
- Ensure adherence by Sales & Marketing team to Process and Procedure of Reservations
- Handle group, follow up rooming list and check daily arrivals correspondence
- Maintain hotel rate structure set by Management
- Maintain good rapport and networking with corporate clients and travel agents
Key Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Prior relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Work independently with minimum supervision and produce accurate and quality of work
- Ability to support online portal
- Ability in controlling properties inventory
- Ability in checking reservation officer work, problem-solving attitude and enhance work processes
