Technician
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building facilities, equipment, and guestroom fixtures to ensure the property operates safely and efficiently. The role supports daily engineering operations by attending to maintenance requests and maintaining a high standard of facility condition for guests and staff.
Job Description

Perform preventive maintenance for building systems including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical equipment.

Attend to maintenance work orders and service requests in a timely manner.

Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and report abnormalities or defects.
- Perform pre-arrival checks to ensure guestrooms are in good working condition before guest check-in.

To keep maintenance areas in clean and orderly condition. Ensure tools & equipment in good condition.

Taking utilities consumption reading.

To prepare adequate stock of repair parts supplies for shift operation.
Key Qualification

At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

Hands-on with good troubleshooting and repair skills.

Able to work independently.
