Job Description
- Raise the profile of the company by actively communicating the company's investment merits to the investment community.
- Handle media relations and other corporate communication responsibilities.
- Provide research support and channel investor feedback to management and Directors.
- Work closely with management to present a compelling investment thesis to investors and analysts.
- Build relationship with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors to enhance credibility of company.
- Handle corporate communications duties, including writing press releases, speeches and answering media queries.
- Craft key messages and slides to present the investment merits of the company and highlight the strength of its financial results.
- Proactively target new investors to broaden the company's shareholder base.
- Manage and guide analyst expectations and forecasts.
- Produce the annual report, with responsibility for writing editorial content.
- Prepare quarterly results slides, press release and FAQs after detailed analysis of the company's financial performance.
- Conduct research and analysis of industry and economic trends.
- Channel feedback from investors to management and Directors.
- Plan and drive investor outreach initiatives by organising non-deal roadshows, and participating in investor meetings and conferences.
- Handle media relations and other corporate communication responsibilities.
- Be the single point of contact for sell-side analysts, investors and journalists.
- Update and maintain website.
